Flat Fee Employment Contract Review

Employment Contract Review - $700
60 minutes with an attorney

Employment contracts can be lengthy and confusing, with a lot of legal jargon. Or they can be straightforward with terms that significantly affect your future opportunities. Either way, it’s important to understand what you may be signing.

Our flat-fee employment contract review and consultation includes advance attorney review of your contract and questions submitted through intake, and a one-hour phone consultation to address the agreement’s terms, risks, and other related issues.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Book the consultation, pay the flat fee, & send us your contract - all in one fell swoop online.
2. An attorney reviews your agreement & prepares for the meeting using your intake information.
3. The attorney calls you at the scheduled time & devotes 60 minutes to answering your questions.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
  • An understanding of the terms of your agreement
  • Whether provisions are standard or “red flag” provisions that are unusually risky
  • Identification of possible negotiation options and strategies.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience in contract disputes, negotiations, and resolutions, we can provide clarity and guidance for various types of contracts. This may be a good option for you if you have questions or concerns, or simply want peace of mind, about your:
  • Offer letter
  • Compensation or benefits agreement
  • Confidentiality agreement
  • Non-compete agreement
  • Non-solicitation agreement
  • Restrictive covenants
  • And more! Just email us if you have a contract you're unsure about.

Our Commitment to Access

We believe that legal guidance shouldn't be out of reach because of cost. For this reason, we have built flexibility into our flat-fee pricing:

Standard Pricing (above) is what most clients pay, and it's what allows us to keep offering flat-fee services in the first place.

Community Pricing is available for anyone who genuinely cannot afford to pay the standard fee now or put it on their credit card. If that's your situation, simply email us to request the Community rate before scheduling.  No documentation necessary, no judgment - just ask.

Sponsor Pricing lets clients who are able to pay a bit more to help make Community pricing possible for others. If you'd like to sponsor access for someone in the community, simply enter your desired "additional amount" at checkout.

This community model only works because of clients across all tiers - we thank you for being a part of it.

Not sure what makes sense for you? Need an accommodation?

If you aren’t sure if a flat-fee service is appropriate for your situation or don’t know which flat-fee offering you need, please email us and we'll help you figure it out.

Or, if you need accommodation in scheduling or participating in a flat-fee consultation, please reach out and let us know.
