Flat Fee Employment Law Consultation

Employment Law Consultation - $550
60 minutes with an attorney

Workplace issues can be stressful and complex. Schedule a flat-fee employment law consultation to understand your rights on the job and to get clear, practical guidance on your workplace situation from an employment lawyer with extensive experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and accommodation issues.

In this flat-fee session, we will discuss your specific employment issue and provide legal context, risk analysis, and practical options based on your goals. Whether you are dealing with a termination, disciplinary action, or potential claim, you will leave with a better understanding of your rights and next steps. Common topics include:

  • Requests for accommodation
  • Termination or potential termination
  • Performance issues, including discipline or performance improvement plans
  • Workplace disputes or complaints
  • Potential discrimination, retaliation, or harassment

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Book the consultation, pay the flat fee, & send us your questions - all in one fell swoop online.
2. An attorney reviews your intake formation & prepares for the meeting.
3. The attorney calls you at the scheduled time & devotes 60 minutes to listening to you and answering your questions.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • One dedicated hour with an experienced employment lawyer.
  • Explanation of your legal rights and options.
  • Focused legal insight so you can make informed decisions about how to proceed.

Not included is attorney review of contracts or other documents beyond the intake information. However, you have the option at checkout to add a document review service if you wish.

Our Commitment to Access

We believe that legal guidance shouldn't be out of reach because of cost. For this reason, we have built flexibility into our flat-fee pricing:

Standard Pricing (above) is what most clients pay, and it's what allows us to keep offering flat-fee services in the first place.

Community Pricing is available for anyone who genuinely cannot afford to pay the standard fee now or put it on their credit card. If that's your situation, simply email us to request the Community rate before scheduling.  No documentation necessary, no judgment - just ask.

Sponsor Pricing lets clients who are able to pay a bit more to help make Community pricing possible for others. If you'd like to sponsor access for someone in the community, simply enter your desired "additional amount" at checkout.

This community model only works because of clients across all tiers - we thank you for being a part of it.

Not sure what makes sense for you? Need an accommodation?

If you aren’t sure if a flat-fee service is appropriate for your situation or don’t know which flat-fee offering you need, please email us and we'll help you figure it out.

Or, if you need accommodation in scheduling or participating in a flat-fee consultation, please reach out and let us know.
